Portable altar, measuring 105 cm in height and 60 cm in width, used by the Chilean Army during its campaigns for Chile’s Independence between 1817 and 1818.

It is a piece of liturgical furniture made of leather-covered wood and consists of a rectangular prismatic-shaped box whose sides and lid can be folded. Inside there is a shelf and the front is studded.
